Please note that we are not accepting submission from BYD owners whose cars were registered in 2024 and earlier.
You can only register for the charging benefit once and with one charging operator. Any repeated submissions will be ignored, and we will only consider the first submission received.

Who is eligible to enjoy these benefits?

Charging discounts are strictly applicable to first-hand owners of BYD fully electric vehicles registered on or after 1 January 2026.

BYD owners will enjoy these charging discounts for up to three years, depending on which charging point operator you choose.
No, you will only be allowed to choose from one of the charging operators.

Typically, the process takes about 6 weeks from the day of submission to when the discounts will be reflected on your charging app. Please keep a lookout for an email from your preferred charging point operator on the next steps. 

No, it does not. Your discount period will follow the activation date and not when the form is submitted.
e.g. If you submit the form on 20 January, and the discounts are reflected on the app on 7 February, the period you will enjoy these benefits will start from 7 February.

No, once you’ve submitted your preferred CPO, you cannot change your submission.

Yes! Our BYD owners who stay in a landed property can opt for a $500 BYD by 1826 Dining Vouchers. Do note that the wait will take between 6-10 weeks upon sign up.

Yes, the voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of collection and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
