Once your submission is confirmed, you’ll enjoy up to 20% discount on your charging bills from your preferred charging point operator. The discount will begin at the start of the following month that you have registered.

Who is eligible to enjoy these benefits?
All BYD owners who registered their vehicles from 1 Jan 2024 will enjoy these charging discounts.
How long will I be able to enjoy these charging discounts?
BYD owners will enjoy these charging discounts for up to three years, depending on which charging point operator you choose.
Can I sign up for the benefits with multiple charging operators?
No, you will only be allowed to choose from one of the charging operators.
When will these discounts begin to reflect on my charging bills?
Typically, the process takes about 6 weeks from the day of submission to when the discounts will be reflected on your charging app. Please keep a lookout for an email from your preferred charging point operator on the next steps.
Does the period of discounts follow my car's registration date?
No, it does not. Your discount period will follow the activation date and not when the form is submitted.
e.g. If you submit the form on 20th Mar, and the discounts are reflected on the app on 7 April 2024, the period you will enjoy these benefits will start from 7 April 2024.
Can I change my preferred charging point operator (CPO) after I've submitted the form?
Unfortunately, once you’ve submitted your preferred CPO, you cannot change your submission.
I live in a landed property and do not need any charging discounts. Am I entitled for other beneficial discounts?
Yes! Our BYD owners who stay in a landed property can opt for a $500 BYD by 1826 Dining Vouchers.
