BYD Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the BYD Referral Program (“Program”). The Program allows existing BYD vehicle owners (“Referrers”) to refer their friends or acquaintances (“Referees”) to purchase a BYD vehicle and earn service credits as a reward. By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referees agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility:
- The Program is open to individuals who own a BYD vehicle and are of legal age in their jurisdiction.
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Vantage Automotive and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Program.
- Referrers must refer Referees who are not existing BYD vehicle owners or have not previously purchased a BYD vehicle.
- Referrers will only receive the reward if the referral was on or after 12 May 2023.
- Referral Process
- Referrers must submit their referrals through the official BYD referral portal or any other designated referral method provided by BYD.
- Referrers should provide accurate and complete information about themselves and their Referees to ensure proper tracking and reward allocation.
- Referrers may refer multiple individuals to purchase a BYD vehicle, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Referee Requirements
- Referees must purchase a new BYD vehicle from Vantage Automotive within a specified time period as communicated.
- Referees should not have any pre-existing relationships with Vantage Automotive or BYD as employees, contractors, or affiliates.
- Referees must not have owned a BYD vehicle in the past or currently own one.
- Reward Allocation
- For each successful referral, where the Referee meets the requirements specified in Section 3, the Referrer will receive $500 in service credits.
- Service credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Vantage Automotive and BYD reserves the right to modify or terminate the reward structure at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Reward Fulfilment:
- Reward fulfilment is subject to verification by Vantage Automotive, and the decision of Vantage Automotive will be final.
- Redemption letter and subsequent service credits will be allocated to Referrers within a reasonable period not more than 3 months after the Referee’s vehicle delivery, subject to successful verification.
- Vantage Automotive is not responsible for any delays or errors in the allocation of service credits due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Referrer.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards during their participation in the Program.
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest activity in connection with the Program may result in disqualification and may be subject to legal action.
- Modification and Termination:
- Vantage Automotive and BYD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of such modifications, suspensions, or terminations, Vantage Automotive will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.
By participating in the BYD Referral Program, Referrers and Referees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
